Zeniti cares about your peace and privacy. With the form below, you can easily ask us to delete your account and all the personal data, even if you stopped using one of our apps a while back.

We understand this can be confusing and stressful. Check the notes below and if you still have a query, we are here for you at care@zeniti.one


Salient points: 

  • If you are using multiple Zeniti apps, deleting the account for one app does not affect your experience in the other apps.

  • Account deletions are permanent and irreversible. Upon deletion, all your personal data, activity history, and preferences are removed.

  • You must cancel an auto-renewing subscription before deleting your Zeniti app account, otherwise Apple/Google may still charge you - out of Zeniti’s control.

  • Refunds cannot be issued by Zeniti after an account has been deleted and deleting an account yourself will not automatically generate a refund. If you would like to request a refund, please contact us and do not delete your Zeniti account.

  • Deleting your account will not resolve login, premium access, or other technical issues. Please contact us if you are having trouble with your Zeniti app, i.e., Kosma or Memento Mori.
